The company is privately owned having its ownership divided into 1500shares of stocks where each has a stated price of USD 500. The company has got its fixed establishment in Addis ababa, the capital of Ethiopia and Africa as well.

1.3 Management
The overall operation of the company is LED, administered and ran by the General manager (GM). Down in the ladder of the company's organizational hierarchy, the GM is placed immediately below the Board of the Directors. The general share holders' meeting, placed at the top of the hierarchy above the Board, is the highest decision making body.

The company exclusively focuses on paper and paper products. Primarily, it involves in importing numereousely various kinds of paper and paper products from overseas market and distibuting them to wholsaling as well as retailing businesses and major final consumers that are available in the East Africa which has a potentially vast but unexploited market for papers.
